The excessive exposure to such radiations can cause several skin related issues.

Due to hormonal imbalance in teens, they often find themselves spotting acne on their skin and the radiations our computers omit can elevate the acne problem in youth. The precautionary measure would be to drink a lot of water, take regular breaks during game plays and exercise. Your sitting position can also make an impact, always tilt your screen in a way so that your face is not directly exposed to screen. It is also a good idea to put a screen cover to reduce the glare.

Remember you still need to excel in life, you have to study and achieve the real life goals. This all takes time and if you do not spend time in education, family, friends, exercise and all other healthy activities of life then you might turn up like a sore loser at the end.
