Naboo

Bump the chess pieces into their opposing pieces to receive a droid power-up. Note: Few chess pieces will release different power-ups.
All characters

Choose the "Preferences" option, then press L + R. Enter "WATTO_SHOP" at the Jedi Mind Trick screen to unlock all characters.
Rapid fire weapons

Choose the "Preferences" option, then press L + R. Enter "FIRERATEUP" at the Jedi Mind Trick screen.
Select same vehicle in multi-player mode

Choose the "Preferences" option, then press L + R. Enter "MULTI_CARS" at the Jedi Mind Trick screen.
Random races and opponents

Choose the "Preferences" option, then press L + R. Enter "NO_PEEKING" at the Jedi Mind Trick screen.
Low gravity

Choose the "Preferences" option, then press L + R. Enter "LO_GRAV_ON" at the Jedi Mind Trick screen.
High gravity

Choose the "Preferences" option, then press L + R. Enter "BFM_FEELIT" at the Jedi Mind Trick screen.
Fast mode

Choose the "Preferences" option, then press L + R. Enter "THROTTLEUP" at the Jedi Mind Trick screen.
Slow-motion mode

Choose the "Preferences" option, then press L + R. Enter "SLOW_MO_ON" at the Jedi Mind Trick screen.
Battle mode can be set to no enemies

Choose the "Preferences" option, then press L + R. Enter "NO_BADDIES" at the Jedi Mind Trick screen.
Jar-Jar Binks mode

Choose the "Preferences" option, then press L + R. Enter "GUNGANHUNT" at the Jedi Mind Trick screen. This mode turns the Imperial Probe Droids in Hunt-A-Droid mode into Jar-Jar Binks, who explode in a shower of bones and say "How wude!" when killed.
Configure Alternate Controller

Choose the "Preferences" option, then press L + R. Enter "EXTRABUTTS" at the Jedi Mind Trick screen.
See winning FMV sequences

Select the "Preferences" option, then press L + R. Enter "MOVIE_SHOW" at the Jedi Mind Trick screen.
Play as the Wittin

Successfully finish the game with at least 10,000 credits with Aurra Sing and Quagga to unlock Wittin.
See losing FMV sequences

Choose the "Preferences" option, then press L + R. Enter "SAD_MOVIES" at the Jedi Mind Trick display screen.
Play as the Tamtel Shreej

Successfully finish the game with at least 10,000 credits with Boba Fett and Wade Vox to unlock Tamtel Shreej.
Play as the Pugwis

Successfully finish the game with at least 10,000 credits with General Otto and Tia and Ghia to unlock Pugwis.
Play as the Malakili

Successfully finish the game with at least 10,000 credits with Tamtel Shreej, Pugwis & Wittin to unlock Malakili.
Play as Darth Maul, Boushh & Lobot

Successfully finish the game with at least 10,000 credits with Malakili to unlock Boushh, Darth Maul, & the Lobot.
Droid locations

Tatoonie: The Dune Sea

Blow the Sand Crawler until it stops moving. Enter the open mouth of the Sand Crawler to receive a droid power-up. Repeat this to get a different droid.
Tatoonie: The Mos Esley

Observe the 2 buildings of the same shape in the center of the area. Move to the one without the Droid power-up in front of it. Next to this building is a separate building with a slope. Use it to get on top of the building. Drive forward into one of the twin buildings and you will be transported through the 2nd twin building, acquiring the power droid.
Dagohba

Blow the sunken A-Wing until it explodes all 3 droid power-ups will fall out of the wreckage.
Hoth

Demolish any of the 3 probe droids that are floating around the area. Each carries a different droid power-up.
Death Star II

Demolish the TIE Fighters or wait for them to destroy each other. They will drop a droid power-up upon their demise.
invincibility

Choose the "Preferences" option, then press L + R. Enter "RAISE_THEM" at the Jedi Mind Trick display screen.
The Yarvin 4

Destruct any of the 3 guard towers to release a droid power-up. Each of the 3 towers has a different droid.
