Place your Urban Chaos Dreamcast disc in to your PC-CDROM. Youll notice the Folder Padding 1, open it and then notice the Zip file. Unzip it and look at all the screenshots of the game. If youll notice in the picture it says "Cheat Mode Enabled". So we need to figure out what the cheats are.
