Linking: Platform: Nintendo DS When linking copies of Nintendogs to unlock new breeds, keep in mind two things. You can only link with another Nintendo DS system once (and unlock a new breed). The breed unlocked corresponds with your partners current pet, and it must be a breed that you do not have in order for it to be unlocked. RC helicopter: Platform: Nintendo DS Go on a walk and you may find an RC helicopter as one of the question marks. Hold A to take off, the D-Pad to maneuver, and L to change the camera view. If you do not see the color you like, tap "Back", then tap on the breed again until the color and/or gender that you want with the dog appears. It may take some time to actually get what you want. Hand stand: Platform: Nintendo DS Teach your dog to lie down and beg. While lying down, tell it to beg and your dog should do a handstand. Flip from back: Platform: Nintendo DS Teach your dog roll over and jump. Tell it to roll over then quickly have it jump. It should flip forward onto its legs, with something that resembles a Kung Fu-style move. Getting money: Platform: Nintendo DS Go on a lot of walks, getting as many question marks as you can along the way. Then, go to the second hand store and sell all the items you do not want or your dog(s) do not like. Some items are less then a dollar, but the amount adds up if you keep doing this. Well, hit the back arrow, and go into walk again. Itll be a layout of the map! Unlock Dalmatian! Platform: Nintendo DS While going on walks go through question marks. After a couple of other presents you will find a firemans hat. You will be able to buy a dalmatian at the dog kennel! Increase Your Route Platform: Nintendo DS If you take your dog for a walk alot, each time you go for a walk you will be able to walk a lot further. Eat A Light Bulb Platform: Nintendo DS Tap the lightbulb icon when it appears. Say the dogs name, then a flashing lightbulb will appear. Drag it to the dogs mouth and he will eat it! Losing contests: Platform: Nintendo DS In certain classes of contests, if you get below a certain score you will drop a class. Walking your dog: Platform: Nintendo DS When walking your dog and it seems edgy, give the leash a little tug towards the way it is walking. The dog will start running. Also, if you want you can give it a tug while running upwards, it will do a jump. Lucky Collar Platform: Nintendo DS If you puppy gives you a Lucky Collar then let the puppy that gave it to you wear it and you will get better gifts from your dog, and win contest more easily and other cool stuff. DONT SELL IT! YOU WILL REGRET IT IF YOU DO! Trainer Points Platform: Nintendo DS Get trainer points faster by going to the screen that you brush your dog in and but the brush on you dog. You get 1 point every 1 minute! If you leave it on over night then you should turn off the music, so you dont waste the battery and plug it into the charger! Washroom Stops Platform: Nintendo DS When you are out on a walk and you see blue dots, those are washroom stops for your dogs. The smaller one is poo and the bigger one is pee. So dont skip them! Meanest Dog Platform: Nintendo DS When you are on a walk, and you go to a question mark, the meanest dog is Eclair, so get out of there as soon as you can and beware of Coby too! Charlie, and Buster and Logan(when you see him), are nice, and the other dogs are in between. Make sure your dogs is being nice to the other dogs and maybe they will all be nice to you! Get Other Dogs Platform: Nintendo DS If you dont like the dogs on any nintendo dogs game all you have to do is get more points. The points are located at go out, info, trainer info, trainer points, then look at how many points you have, the more, the more breeds of dogs. Invisi-bone Platform: Nintendo DS For this to work, you have to have a good relationship one of your dogs. Keep petting him/her (or pet it while its doing tricks alot) then a bone will appear. Drag it to the dogs mouth with your stylus(pen)and it will eat it! Get Cheaper Dog Supplies Platform: Nintendo DS If you take your dog for a walk you will see the pet supply store on the map. Well, draw your route to go there. They have cheaper prices than the pet supply store in the menu.
