you can bury it and push your neighbours into and they will fall and wiggle around and then get out again it is really funny lol!

You buy a slingshot and when you have it on you press A when the present is floating above you and it should come down. You will probably have to keep trying though...

If you keep money in the bank in the town hall, every so often you get interest so that might help you pay it off a bit quicker.

try selling it or bury it

you can sell peaches to tom nook to get money

if you see a stara you con dig it up it might be a follisoll or a girlh

hey i have a really good way to pay off your mortgage theres alot to read but it really helps - OK Wat u do first is travel to Easter(12th April 09) then dig up the eggs and if its bunny foil take it to the fake bunny @ the town hall or if its candy KEEP IT !! ill explain later and get furniture (by the way nook pays (9,000 bells for it)

ok then time travel to Halloween (u should no that!!) then find jack hell be hard to find but hers a hint 4 ya if the pumpkin person follows you then its not him if it doesn't then u have found jack give him some of the candy and hell give you spooky furniture which u can sell or keep !!

REMINDER - NEVER RUN BECAUSE IF ONE PUMPKIN THAT'S BOT JACK ASKS YOU FOR CANDY YOU'LL HAVE TO GIVE IT TO THEM OR THEY WILL MAKE IT DISSAPEAR AND THEN YOU'LL GET A JACK IN THE BOX WHICH IS WORTH 100 BELLS (CRAP!) well i serpose so i hve tryed a few like hitting all the rocks t got moremoney and shaking trees that wors to but im not sure about all the others X sorry

this time, summer usually after 7 pm there are lots of bugs on trees, (Beetles) find all the beetles and if you have coconut trees,(which) one time I found one just laying on the beach and I planted near the ocean) they are worth lots more, about 10,000.00 bells, watch out for the scorpion and tarantulas, they are fast and bite you, sending you back to your house.

Here are some cheats/hints that I found:

Foreign Fruit
To get foreign fruit write a letter to an animal in your town and include the word "Fruit" in the message. Add a fruit to the letter and they should reply with a different fruit.

Shamrock and Letter from Nintendo
Start a game with Lucky K.K with the date set to March 17th. You'll be visited by a leprechaun who will give you a Shamrock hat and a letter from Nintendo.

Choose Your Shoe Color
The color of your new shoe color depends on the color of your hair. (Dark brown hair gets black shoes.)

Late Summer Fishing
For massive amounts of money, consider going fishing in late July or early August around 7 at night. You'll find some of the most expensive fish on those days at that specific time.

Changing Tom Nook's Store (from Nookington's level)
After Nook has upgraded his store to Nookington's, he'll occasionally ask you about it, about once a month. Your answers can cause him to revert the store to a previous model. Give the answers listed below for the desired store:
Variety- Nookington's

Hours- Nook 'N' Go
Sorry, no- Nook's Cranny

Valentines Day Treats
Send a letter reading "Will you be my Valentine" to a town animal and you'll
receive a Chocolate Heart Candy Box item on Valentine's Day (February 14). Hot
Chocolate is available at the Roost as well!

Brewster's Gyroid Storage
If you have a gyroid with you and you go to the museum cafe (downstairs), talk
to Brewster. He'll offer to store your gyroid and any additional ones you bring
him (excluding duplicates).

Midsummer's Day
Check in with Tortimer on Midsummer's Day (June 21) to get an Espresso Maker.
