I have found 29 of the 30 intel pieces. The one I am missing is in act II "one shot ..." This is the one where I carry someone around with me. There are two intel piece in this level. I found one at the top of a fire escape stair case. But I cannot find the other. Does anyone know where it is???

I have the same problem, seems like there is no intel on this!!!! I have actually look everywhere and found the same intel as you did....any one can help us!!!!! and tell us were this intel is located.....FRUSTRATING!!!

The other intel piece is near the LZ. Once you have activated the beacon for the helicopter (well MacMillan does...), face from the little hill towards where the enemy come from. To the right of you, past the bumber cars, there is an alley and in one of the buildings (ground floor) there is the intel. It could be slightly different from my description because I'm just looking at the guide which is kinda hard to tell from, so be persistent.
