My son has got an Xbox 360 for Christmas, but it didn't come with a hard drive. He had an original Xbox before this, but when he got Xbox 360, he assumed you could play Xbox games on it too. So he gave his Xbox away and still has loads of Xbox games. So he tried to play a regular Xbox game and it said he needed a hard drive. He got a hard drive and now it's telling him that it doesn't support it and updates may be available. Has this happened to anyone already?
Please help. What should he do?

Its probably because the game isn't on the backwards compatibility list, did you bother checking that first? You need a 360 with a hard drive because it has to download software for every single game that you want to run in backwards compat mode.
