Hint: Purchase Osmose and Arise

To purchase the rare Osmose and Arise spells, you must head to the Phantom Village. Head to the magic shop, and then go to the secret northwest passage in the shop to another magic shop. You can buy Quick, Banish, Flare and other spells here, but the real draw are the ultra rare Osmose and Arise spells.
