You must defeat them all in order to complete Quest Mode successfully. Unlock London 1 Platform: GameBoy Advance Defeat all rivals in the Free Spirits and Perfect Form teams Unlock London 2 Platform: GameBoy Advance Defeat all rivals in the Global Racers and Poisoned Heart teams Unlock Los Angeles 1 Platform: GameBoy Advance Defeat all rivals in the Knights and Interplanetary teams Unlock Los Angeles 2 Platform: GameBoy Advance Defeat all rivals in the Sunny Daze and Blades teams Unlock Tokyo 2 Platform: GameBoy Advance Defeat all rivals in the Street Sharks and Ace of Clubz teams.
