Tough Difficulty Mode While you are playing the game go to the game title screen and press UP, UP, DOWN, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT, LEFT, RIGHT, B, A. If done successfully you will hear a basketball sound which will confirm that you have put codes right. This is when you go to the game options menu and locate the difficulty level "5". This is the 4th most difficult level
