Quick Way to Defeat Draygon
First destroy the shooting guns located on the side of the wall. After you destroy the shooting guns there is electricity left behind. When Draygon shoots out that white, gooy, gunk, stand next to the electricity on the side wall. Then let that white, gooy, gunk, touch
you. Draygon will pick you up and when he does, use the Grappling Hook on the electicity. Hell be fried to a crisp but youll suffer some damage to.
Note:
Youll suffer a lot of damage so carry a sufficient amount of energy units and plenty of energy tanks.
Refill Life
If youre very low on life, hold L + R and fire a powerbomb by holding the FIRE button. Youll know when to let go.
Supercharged Icebeam
1. Pause the game and go to the Samus screen.
2. Turn all beam weapons off except icebeam and chargebeam.
3. Select "powerbombs" top of screen.
4. Charge the weapon for 2 seconds. An iceshield appears around Samus.
Supercharged Spazer
1. Pause game and go to Samus screen.
2. Turn all weapons off except spazer and charge.
3. Select "powerbombs" and charge the beam for 2 seconds.
Spazer shoots a wave across the screen.
Beam Shield
Often times, you will be surrounded by a load of enemies you cannot fend off all at once. In those cases, the beam shield is your answer. To do it, follow the steps below.
1) Select the beam you want to create a shield with. There are four options; ICE, WAVE, PLASME, SPAZER.
2) Select the Power Bombs and charge your beam up. After a few seconds, a small explosion will occur and protect you for about 5 seconds.
Depending on which beam you select, you will get different effects. You must have the CHARGE BEAM and the POWER BOMBS before this will work.
Defeating Mother Brain
To defeat mother brain, either have the infinite energy tanks code or the hyper gun code. With hyper gun, shoot him simply in the head and dont stop.But, remember to dodge his stuff he shoots at you if you have under 9 energy tanks. He will then blast you with a vicious brain wave. Be sure to have plenty of life when he does so. Then after you cant get up, he attempts to do it again, but your hatchling comes in and saves your life. He gives you full life, and when he gets killed, you get the hyper gun in which hurts the mother brain badly.You should then be able to beat her easily.If you have the infinite energy tanks code on, then when he has you so that you cant get up, take the code off. When he starts doing the brain wave thing the last time(when metroid comes in), put the code back on and beat the game. Note: When you beat the game, you get 3 minutes to get to your ship and leave.
Special Shields
To access special shields first have charge beam on and power bombs selected.
Ice shield: turn on ice beam, charge up, and
hit down you will have a shield of 4 ice stars
when it hits something you loose a star and you freeze it. (Note that some creatures need to be frozen by a star more than once.)
Spazer shield: turn on spazer, charge up, and hit down and you will have spazer beams shooting everywhere for a short amount of time.
Wave shield: turn on wave, charge up, and hit down and a big "x" will be guarding you for a short amount of time.
NOTE: These shields wont work if you dont have power bombs selected, charge beam on, and if you have any other beam on other than charge and 1 of your other beams.
