At the screen where it says "Push Start", you can earn credits by rapidly hitting B, but you must do this at a incredibly fast rate. When you hear a sound you have 1 credit, you can get more by waiting for it to return to the title screen and hit the button, you can go up to 99 continues before it resets back to zero.
