To get all the power ups on the first level charge up your jets and fly up untill the altitude meter reads 9999. Then look for a star with multi-colored bells coming out of it. Get as many bells as you can. If you can get all the colors you will have every power up in the game! And the great thing is that you can do this as many times as you want!
