Go to Quifim Island and go into Lower Defalks Tower. Watch the intermission sequence, then go to the infirmary inUpper Jueno and talk to the person there. Then. go to Ru LudeGardens and talk to an elf in the guards room. After this, youmust do the Promithhia of each crystal.
