Buy extra passenger cabins then go to the bulletin board and accept passengers. Now try to buy another ship. You will be refused, but the difference in price between your ship and the one you selected will be given to you in cash. Increased Warp Choose a system far away from you (Liainmi, for example) by holding SHIFT and pressing the cursor keys. Youll get a message like: "9000 tons required -- Out of range". Now warp to where you really wanted to go. Using this trick it is possible to warp directly from Facece/Vequess to Sol/Barnards Star -- even with a Panther Clipper! Trading Route From Barnards Star collect as many computers as you can and fly them back to Earth, Once you have enough money, go to a system to the south-east of Earth, and buy narcotics (DONT DO THIS IN REAL LIFE!). Save the game, then return to earth and sell your narcotics on the black market. If you get caught, re-load and use a different dealer.
