To execute the special move, try this: Press (fORWARD), (fORWARD-DOWN), (BACK), (BACK-DOWN). (In numeric keypad terms, this would be 4, 1, 6, 3 if youre using player 1.) This will only work if you are facing left, of course, if you are facing right instead, simply do the opposite!
