Note: This procedure involves editing a game file;create a backup copy of the file before proceeding. Use a texteditor to edit the "winpolis32.ini" file in the "c:windows"folder. Under the first name (either the default "Peter"or your own name if you changed it) is a line with the number"30000". Change that value to "10000000". Additionally, you can reduce the amount of money available tothe other players downward in the file.
