Defeat Mildred before time runs out in the final round (if the timer is left on). You cannot win by having more life than her (with the timer on) or you only earn the Bad Ending.

Play a character 10 times in any mode for her bonus (omake) info.

Play through Story Mode with any given character. If you beat the mode, you will unlock artwork for that character and the story events that character took place in. You will also unlock the ending art for the character you chose.

To unlock all Arcana Portraits, you must execute each of the eleven Arcana Blaze Attacks. Pre-Super Attack animations can be unlocked by executing each character's super move. This must be done in Story Mode or Arcade Mode, not Training Mode.
