Unlock Characters
Successfully complete original mode with a regular character without continuing to unlock one of the hidden characters. Another character will be unlocked each time the game is completed, in the following order: Sagat, Vega, Garuda, Shadow Geist, Kairi, Pullum, Area, Darun, and Vulcano.
Unlock More Characters
To play as the following characters you must perform the following:

Evil Ryu
|
To unlock Evil Ryu, simply beat the game on normal, or hard difficulty 8 times with Ryu. After you do this, highlight Ryu, and hold select.

Narrator Sakura
|
To unlock Narrator Sakura, simply beat the game on normal, or hard difficulty 8 times with Sakura. After you do this, highlight Sakura, and hold select.

Bison 2
|
To unlock Bison 2, simply beat the game on normal, or hard difficulty 8 times with Bison. After you do this, highlight Bison, and hold select.
