You must complete "Story Mode" once with either Billy, Mandy, Grim, Or Irwin. Unlock Lord Pain Clear mission 9 on the 5th tier. If you win the mission, you will hear the narorator say, Super secret unlocked. Unlockable: Characters To unlock the characters listed below, beat the mission listed (all in Mission Mode). - Mission 9, Tier 4 Dracula - Mission 5, Tier 3 Hoss Delgado - Mission 9, Tier 1 Jack-O-Lantern - Mission 9, Tier 2 General Skarr - Mission 6, Tier 4 Unpop The Unlockables Costumes (first set) -- Complete the Story mode with any character to unlock an outfit for them. Characters -- The first 4 unlockable characters can already be played in "VS. Mode". But you have to unlock them in "Story Mode".
