To unlock Card Girl A, watch the replay between rounds 100 times.

Unlock Card Girl B
To unlock Card Girl B, do all the hidden moves of Card Girl A. Then go to the character menu and select Card Girl A while holding down L1.

To unlock Karate style in Career Mode, create a Sumo fighter and beat Career with him.
