You must finish Zhao Yun mosou mode. Hint: More Officers No matter your affiliation (or lack thereof), you can unlock more officers by clearing the game using default officers and previously unlocked officers. Simply beat the game with one of these characters, and more officers will be unlocked for your use. unlock lubu
