To access the photo shoot with Mei Ling (in the "Extras" option on the Main Menu), you must have a memory in one of the slots that has Sneaking Mode beaten with you having the number-one records on ALL of the Time Attack levels. Theres 30 levels (15--No Weapon, 15--Socom), so this takes a while.
