Pick an exhibiton game first, then take control of the visiting team. Press X to slect whether you want the shot meter on or off. Immediatly after pressing X let go and press and hold down R1,R2,L1,L2, and X simultaneously. Hold these buttons until the game starts. Now you will be playing street ball in a small neighborhood.
