Press R1 , Triangle , L1 , Square ,X , Circle , R1 at the title screen. The games name will turn blue to confirm correct code entry. This code enables the "secret attacks", with the command Down ,Up , Down , Up , Square during game play. Note: This code is revealed when the game is successfully completed under the hard difficulty setting.
