Cheats
On the jukebox menu (sound test), press C on the following tunes. If a cheat is activated, a voice should say "Oh yeah!"
Invincibility - 3, 12, 17, 2, 2, 10, 2, 7, 7, 11

Level Select - 14, 15, 18, 5, 13, 1, 3, 18, 15, 6, and then the number of the level (2 through 6)
