We always asked ourselves what would make the Mario Party series more interactive. The Wii remote, it should go without saying, makes it perfect... after all, when your best friend is beating you by 8 stars going into the last turn, what better way is there to stage a comeback win than by "accidentally" forgetting to put on the wrist strap, then "accidentally" letting the remote fly out of your hand into your friends temple, giving him a concussion and forcing him to the hospital? Hey, a forfeit victory is still a victory. Thats competition! Yes, in addition to the random insults and "Sorry I started the mini-game... you werent ready?" incidents, you can now add assault with a non-deadly weapon to your list of tactics for Mario Party 8. In the highly unlikely those high-level strategies fail, you can come here to IGN, as always, for some advice on beating those pesky mini-games, taking advantage of the board quirks, and in general kicking some serious butt so you dont always have to rely on shedding blood to be crowned the Superstar!
