Finish Empire Mode. Unlockable: Annex Get all 100 officers. Hint - Fourth Weapons Use the smith to upgrade your characters weapon to level 4. Then, successfully complete any battle with 500 or more kills. At the end of the battle, you will receive that characters fourth weapon.
