Unlock The Tough Final Boss
If you have got all Fell Arm in the game, you will be capable of unlocking the tougher final boss at end of your game. If you beat the boss you will be able to carry the fell arm into the Ex New game, where you would be able to use them from the start of your new journey mission.

How to Unlock Ex New Game
Complete the whole game for at least once to get Ex New Game option Unlocked. Note: This is basically new games feature.
